MDGM Properties is a local real estate business focused on buying, renovating and renting or selling homes in the Greater New Haven area. We are able to work directly with the home owner(s) to avoid expensive realtor commissions, drawn out “on the market” periods with random strangers walking through the house during showings and open houses, costly repairs due to home inspections required by the buyer’s bank and other costs/inconveniences. Our goal is to understand the unique circumstances surrounding each property so we can deliver a tailored solution for the homeowner. We are able to buy homes many different ways based on the desires of the property owner and the financial situation of the home.

Dave Bolduc
Michele Bolduc
Dave is a former Naval Officer and graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He started in real estate several years ago with Michele renovating houses and managing rentals. Leveraging his renovation and property management experience, he has built partnerships to help those interested in selling a house in need of updating / repairs.
Dave is also a board member of the Habitat for Humanity Sleeping Giant Build. Dave lives in North Haven with his wife, daughter and son. He is an assistant coach for his son's youth football team and an enthusiastic fan at sporting events for both children.
Michele is a special education teacher in Hamden. Her first experience with renovations was a major project on her own house in Branford just before she met Dave. The Branford house eventually became rental property for Michele and Dave.
Since then, she has been a key player in the renovation and rental of a two-family in North Haven and renovation of several other properties. Michele enjoys tennis, sailing, horseback riding and animals. She lives in North Haven with Dave and their two children.
