Veteran owned, MDGM Properties is a local real estate business focused on buying, renovating and renting or selling homes in the Greater New Haven area. We are able to work directly with the home owner(s) to avoid expensive realtor commissions, drawn out “on the market” periods with random strangers walking through the house during showings and open houses, costly repairs due to home inspections required by the buyer’s bank and other costs/inconveniences.
Our goal is to understand the unique circumstances surrounding each property so we can deliver a tailored solution for the homeowner. We are able to buy homes many different ways based on the desires of the property owner and the financial situation of the home.
